The example project includes an EventsAndAlarms Mimic.
The Mimic displays an embedded List. The embedded Events List uses SQL to filter the Event Data Table by the MeterName tag on the ScannerDaily item. This allows the embedded List to show just events for one meter—useful if the Event Data Table contains information for multiple flow computers.
There are also buttons on the Mimic that enabled you to:
- Delete events from the Event Data Tables
- Regenerate the Event Data Table.
ATTENTION: To prevent the Event Data Table from having duplicate entries, click the Regenerate button first, before clicking the Regenerate button.
The Regenerate option retrieves that the entire event log from the flow computer.
Daily alarms for each tube are shown in the embedded Lists on the lower half of the Mimic. These Lists display historic queries for the points that hold the total alarm values for each tube. A Totalflow History point can hold the historic values for a single alarm, or for all alarms. The points in the sample database show the value for all alarms for a given tube.
