Connection Alarm
Associated with: Wonderware eDNA Historian database item.
The Connection Alarm attribute indicates the status of a network connection between the eDNALinkMx API and a Wonderware eDNA Historian server.
The connection status can be as follows:
- Open Failed—An anomaly occurred when Geo SCADA Expert attempted to create a connection in eDNALinkMx. This alarm might indicate there is an issue with the eDNALinkMx installation.
- Failed—All available connections between eDNALinkMx and the Wonderware eDNA Historian server have failed.
- Primary Failed—An anomaly has occurred with the primary connection between eDNALinkMx and the Wonderware eDNA Historian server.
- Secondary Failed—An anomaly has occurred with the secondary connection between eDNALinkMx and the Wonderware eDNA Historian server.

The Geo SCADA Expert alarm message includes any error message generated by eDNALinkMx.
Possible States: Displays one of the Geo SCADA Expert Standard Alarm States.
