When you have created an X-Y Plot database item, you need to edit it so that its axes are associated with source data, time line settings are appropriate, and so on. You can use the Edit Trace window to edit the X-Axis, Y-Axis, and Time Line as required.
To edit an X-Y Plot item, you have to be logged on via a User account that has the Configure permission for the item (see Allocating Security Permissions in the Geo SCADA Expert Guide to Security) and is configured to have the Configure Documents and Configure Database settings enabled on the User Form (see User Accounts in the Geo SCADA Expert Guide to Security).
