The Geo SCADA Expert Advanced Modbus driver supports Time points.
Use a Time Point within the Geo SCADA Expert database to retrieve a date/time value from a Modbus device (see Defining Time Point Details in the Geo SCADA Expert Guide To Core Point Configuration).
Configure the properties of each time point using the fields on the Advanced Modbus Time Point Form.
This section covers configuration of properties on the Time Point tab of the Advanced Modbus Time Point Form. The properties on other tabs are common to points on many advanced drivers (see Tabs on Point Forms).
Use the Time Point tab to:
- Configure the General String Point Properties
- Define whether the value of the point can be overridden (see Configure Override Settings)
- Specify the Significant Change Properties.
