Assign a User Roster to a Redirection Action

In order to redirect alarms on a User Roster basis, you need to assign that User Roster to an E-Mail, Pager, or Method Action (User) redirection action. See, as applicable:

• Configure a Redirection Action
• Define the E-Mail Action Details
• Define the Pager Action Details
• Define the Method Action (User) Details.

You then need to:

1. Assign that Redirection Action to the database item(s) or group(s) for which you want to redirect alarms (see Configure Alarm Redirections for an Item or Group).
2. Specify the Duty User from a list of Users or User Groups on the User Roster.
