For action requests that are configured to display Notes, once the request has been selected and (if required) confirmed, the Notes window is displayed. The window allows, for example, operators to view instructions or information regarding the action request, and to enter their own information regarding the request.
In order for the Notes window to be displayed, the operator’s User Account has to be assigned both the Read and Edit Notes security permissions for the item on which the action is being performed.
After adding information to the Notes window, the operator needs to select the Save button, whereupon Geo SCADA Expert performs the request.
