The Text Format window displays a list of format categories. You can choose a suitable category to:

Apply Default Formatting to a Value
Define How a Numeric Value is Displayed
Define How a Date and Time are Displayed
Define How a Time Period is Displayed
Define How a Boolean Value is Displayed
Define a Custom Value Format.
