Use the fields at the top of the Pulse Action tab to define general settings for a Pulse Action. Some of the fields shown here are common to many DNP3 points—for further information, see Configure General Point Properties. Fields that are specific to DNP3 Pulse Actions are explained below.
- Point Number—Applies to DNP3 Pulse (NULL) pulse actions only. Use to specify the point’s address in the outstation (see Configure General Point Properties).
For DNP3 Pulse (Trip-Close) pulse actions, you need to specify a Point Number for each action. Specify these numbers in the Actions section of the tab (see Configure Trip and Close Pulse Actions).
