Configure Override Properties

Use the fields within the Override section of the Analog Point tab to specify whether a point’s value can be overridden.

Many of the fields within this section are common to many analog points—for details, see Define whether an Analog Point can be Overridden in the Geo SCADA Expert Guide to Core Point Configuration. Fields that are specific to DNP3 points are explained below.

• Process Override Flag—Select this check box for Geo SCADA Expert to set the point’s status in accordance with the point’s DNP3 Local Forced status flag.
• Clear the check box for Geo SCADA Expert to ignore the Local Forced status of the point.
