Use the fields in the Override section of the Counter Point or Frozen Counter tab to define whether the value of a Counter or Frozen Counter can be overridden.
Some of the fields within this section are common to many counter points—for details, see Define Whether a Counter-Type Point can be Overridden in the Geo SCADA Expert Guide to Core Point Configuration. Fields that are specific to DNP3 points are explained below.
- Process Override Flag—Select this check box for Geo SCADA Expert to set the point’s status in accordance with the point’s DNP3 Local Forced status flag.
- Clear the check box for Geo SCADA Expert to ignore the Local Forced status of the point.
