Each system color is assigned a level of importance, depending on the state that it represents. Geo SCADA Expert uses the hierarchy to ascertain the color that it assigns to each database item.
A DNP3 point that has Historic enabled might be in one or more ‘core’ or DNP3-specific point state(s). The ‘core’ point states with which point foreground colors are associated take precedence over DNP-specific point states and colors.
This chart indicates which DNP3-specific status and corresponding system color takes precedence over another, should no ‘core’ point status apply:
