In addition to the common configuration properties on other tabs, the configuration Forms for DNP3 Direct Outstation Sets, DNP3 PSTN Outstation Sets, DNP3 Shared Outstation Sets, and DNP3 Switched Outstation Sets have an additional DNP3 tab.
- DNP3 Local Address—Use this field to specify the source address for messages that Geo SCADA Expert sends to the DNP3 outstations in this set. For example, 30000.
The outstations have to use the defined DNP3 Local Address as the destination address in any DNP3 frames that they transmit.
