Associated with: DNP3 SCADAPack Status Information items that are configured to retrieve System Overview information
Two Start Time attributes are displayed for each ISaGRAF application (1 and 2).
The first status attribute indicates the date and time at which the currently loaded ISaGRAF application started to run, decoded into a text string.
Example:
May/08/2009 12:20:07.591
The second status attribute displays the raw number that was returned by the outstation, indicating this start time.
