Associated with: PSTN channels that are chosen due to their higher quality factor, rather than the fewest total calls

Use this pick action to reset a PSTN channel’s Outgoing Call Quality Factor.
The pick action is only available if:
- The method used for determining which channel is to call a PSTN outstation is set to Use channel with highest quality (see Define how a PSTN Channel is Selected for Communications in the Geo SCADA Expert Guide to Server Administration)
- The channel’s Dial In/Out function is set to an option other than ‘Dial In Only’. (The option is specified on the Channel’s configuration Form.)
