The Hilscher driver supports 1-, 2-, and 3-bit Digital Input and Digital Output points.
Configure the properties for each digital point using the appropriate Point Form. Choose from:
- Hilscher IO Image Digital Point—Represents digital data on Hilscher devices that are on a DeviceNet or PROFIBUS-DP network.
- Hilscher Profibus FMS Digital Point—Represents digital data on Hilscher devices that are on a PROFIBUS-FMS network.

If the point is an output point, you also need to enable and configure the properties on the Control tab—for information, see Define the Control Settings for a Digital Output Point in the Geo SCADA Expert Guide to Core Point Configuration. Optionally, you can also use the Control Checks tab to configure the Control Checks settings (see Configuring Control Checks Settings in the Geo SCADA Expert Guide to Core Point Configuration).
