The Scan Count status attribute indicates the number of scans that Geo SCADA Expert has completed via a channel, including how many of those scans:
- Completed within the channel’s System Scan time
- Completed within the channel’s Acceptable Scan time
- Took longer than the Acceptable Scan time to complete.
The System Scan and Acceptable Scan times are both specified on the Kingfisher Direct Channel Form’s Scan Parameters tab (see Define the Permitted Scan Durations).
If the Reset Statistics pick action has been used to reset the count, two Scan Count attributes are displayed. The first displays the scan count since the statistics were last reset; the second displays the scan count between the previous two resets.
Example:
125 scans, 110 on target (88%), 10 acceptable (8%), 5 unacceptable (4%)
(Indicating 125 completed scans, of which 110 completed within the System Scan time, 10 completed within the Acceptable Scan time, and 5 took longer than the Acceptable Scan time.)
