Preparation
Before you can successfully configure a Mitsubishi Slave Source, you will need to have configured:
- The channel that is being used to transmit the Mitsubishi data (see Configuring a Mitsubishi Slave Channel)
- The Value Maps that define where the data is located (see Configuring Value Maps in the Geo SCADA Expert Guide to Core Configuration).
A Mitsubishi Slave Source can map to:
- BIT Value Maps (to represent the equivalent of MELSEC A PLC Bit Device data)
- WORD Value Maps (to represent the equivalent of MELSEC A PLC Word Device data).
