This section comprises examples of Geo SCADA Expert configuration that might be used to allow the Geo SCADA Expert Simple Modbus driver to transmit data to and from Modbus PLCs.
The examples refer to Modbus Register range addressing—for more information on Modbus address ranges, and a sample table of such addressing, see Modbus Register Ranges.
The Modbus address with which a channel, scanner, or point is associated is displayed as part of the Source status attribute. The Source attribute is displayed on the associated List and Status display for each item (see Simple Modbus Specific Status Display Attributes).
