Configure the SCADAPack Settings
The Settings tab on the Forms of SCADAPack x70 Device Configuration items includes a SCADAPack Settings section. Use the section to configure these properties:
Use the Low Voltage Alert Level field to specify the DC supply voltage below which the SCADAPack x70 device will set the ‘Local Input Power Supply Low’ system point. The default is 11.5 Vdc.
To generate an alarm in Geo SCADA Expert when the SCADAPack x70 device detects a low input voltage, create a Digital input point in the Geo SCADA Expert database for the ‘Local Input Power Supply Low’ system point.
Use this combo box to specify the time zone that you want to use for SCADAPack x70 logic and other local functions. This is not the SCADAPack x70 device clock's time zone. For more information, see Configure the Time Zone Settings for Local Operations.
This field is only available for use if the Logic Time Zone field is set to Fixed Offset from UTC.
Use the field to specify the offset from Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) for local operations. You use this field when the SCADAPack x70 device is operating on UTC rather than local time. The default is 0 hours. For more information, see Configure the Time Zone Settings for Local Operations.
Use this check box to indicate when the overrange limit value and the underrange limit value are considered to be transgressed.
When you select this check box:
- The current value has to exceed the overrange limit value to be considered overrange.
- The current value has to be below the underrange limit value to be considered underrange.
When you leave this check box clear:
- The current value has to be equal to, or more than, the overrange limit to be considered overrange.
- The current value has to be equal to, or below, the underrange limit value to be considered underrange.
