Supported SCADAPack x70 Firmware Versions

Except where stated otherwise for specific features, this driver provides support for functionality that is available in SCADAPack x70 devices that are running firmware up to and including the following version:

9.4.3

The earliest version of SCADAPack x70 firmware with which the driver is compatible is 9.1.1.
