SQL Query Configuration Settings
The Server Configuration Tool has SQL Query Configuration settings that you can use to:
- Create, modify and remove Historic Views. Historic Views allow applications to access historic data logged at uniform intervals.
- Create, modify and remove Linked ODBC Tables. These are external tables that can be searched within SQL queries in Geo SCADA Expert.
- Define the maximum number of rows and the maximum amount of memory permitted for a single result set (see Use the Parameters Settings to Define the SQL Query Row and Size Limit ). You may need to adjust these settings if you have SQL Queries that need to be run on a regular basis and return large result sets that exceed the default limits.
- Specify Whether SQL Queries can be Edited using the Clients on this Server.
