MPI

The serial adapter for use with an MPI connection is called an HMI Adapter. The Siemens order number for this type of adapter is 6ES7 972-0CA11-0XA0.

Use this type of adapter to enable Geo SCADA Expert to communicate with the Simatic S7-300 and S7-400 series of PLCs.
