Assign a User Roster to an E-Mail Action or Pager Action
In order to redirect alarms on a User Roster basis, you need to assign that User Roster to an E-Mail or Pager Redirection Action. See, as applicable:
You then need to:
- Assign that E-Mail Action or Pager Action as a Redirection Action for the database item(s) or group(s) for which you want to redirect alarms (see Configure Alarm Redirections for an Item or Group).
- Specify the Duty User from a list of Users or User Groups on the User Roster.
