Specify the Data that ClearSCADA Stores for an Accumulator
Use the Historic Data Filter section of the Reset tab in conjunction with the Historic tab.
The Historic tab defines whether the server stores Accumulator values historically, and whether any unnecessary data is filtered out to reduce storage requirements (see Tabs on Accumulator Forms).
Use the fields within the Historic Data Filter section of the Reset tab to specify the type of Accumulator data that ClearSCADA is to store historically:
- Current—Select this check box for the server to store an Accumulator’s current values historically.
Clear the check box if the server is not to store an Accumulator’s current values historically.
- Timed Report—Select this check box for the server to store an Accumulator’s Timed Report values historically.
Use the settings in the Timed Report section of the tab to Specify the Frequency with which ClearSCADA Stores Timed Report Values.
Clear the check box if the server is not to store an Accumulator’s Timed Report values historically.
- End of Period—Select this check box for the server to store an Accumulator’s End of Period values historically.
Clear the check box if the server is not to store an Accumulator’s End of Period values historically.
If none of the check boxes is selected, regardless of whether historic is enabled on the Historic tab, ClearSCADA will not store retrieved Accumulator values historically.
