Get Support for a Specific Driver

ClearSCADA supports many different drivers, including popular telemetry drivers such as DNP3, Modbus and IEC 60870-5. You can view the drivers that are installed on your system by using the Modules status information (see Modules). You can also use the Modules section to access the support details for each driver. To access the support details, your computer needs access to the Internet.

To access the Support feature:

  1. Display the Modules status information in the Server Status Window (see Modules).
  2. From the list of drivers that are installed, right-click on the driver for which you require assistance.
  3. Select the Support option from the context-sensitive menu.
    The relevant online support page is displayed (providing that your computer has access to the Internet).
