Use the Enable All Trends pick action to allow an outstation to start sampling the data on a point on which the Disable All Trends pick action has been used to cease data sampling.
On a PSTN outstation, use this pick action to trigger Geo SCADA Expert to dial out to the outstation, to request that the outstation starts to sample the point’s data.
The point’s Trending Inhibited status attribute indicates whether Trend sampling is currently inhibited.
If using this pick action with the Automation Interface(see DNP3 SCADAPack E Automation Interface Methods), you need to specify the method name EnableTrending.
To enable data sampling on an individual Trend, use that Trend item’s Enable Point pick action.
