Use the fields at the top of the Analog Point tab to Configure Common Point Properties. Fields that are specific to SCADAPack 50 analog points are described below:
- Point Identity—Specify the name of the device point (V1 to V8), or of the device diagnostic attribute, that you want this Geo SCADA Expert analog point to represent. Select the option you require from the combo box.

The Battery Level and Measure Consumption attributes are now deprecated. We do not recommend that you use these attributes for alarming the battery level. For more information, see Monitoring the SCADAPack 50 Device Battery Level.
The Point Identity corresponds to the Var Name on the relevant device Channel (V1-V8). A device Channel is called a Point in Geo SCADA Expert. For more information, see the SCADAPack 50 device documentation.
