Configure SCADAPack Tables
Geo SCADA Expert is capable of configuring the following tables per SCADAPack x70 Device:
- DNP3 Routing Table
With a SCADAPack x70 device that communicates using the DNP3 protocol, use this table to configure the routes to the DNP3 Master, DNP3 Peer, and/or DNP3 Slave devices with which that SCADAPack x70 device communicates.
With a SCADAPack x70 device that is operating as a DNP3 Master, use that device's DNP3 Routing Table to route to each DNP3 Slave that is to report to that device.
With a SCADAPack x70 device that is operating as a DNP3 Slave, add an entry to that device's DNP3 Routing Table to route to the DNP3 Master.
- IP Routing Table
Use this table to enable the SCADAPack x70 device to use IP routing in order to connect to commercial TCP/IP networks. While the SCADAPack x70 device is not a TCP/IP router, it can provide a subset of packet forwarding and IP gateway services that enable the device to:
- Route IP packets to remote subnetworks by using local interfaces on the device
- Provide services for routing between different TCP/IP interfaces on the device.
- IP Whitelist Table
Use this table to restrict the flow of network traffic to the SCADAPack x70 device. Use the table to specify the addresses and services from which the SCADAPack x70 device is permitted to receive incoming network traffic. Network traffic transmitted from addresses and services that are not included in the table is ignored.
