Configure the Line and Marker Properties when in 'Connect by Timestamp' or 'Connect by Point and Timestamp' Mode

The means by which you specify the properties that are associated with a trace's line and markers varies, depending on the X-Y-Z Plot's 'Drawing Mode' (see Configure the Background Color and Drawing Mode). When the 'Drawing Mode' is set to 'Connect by Timestamp' or 'Connect by Point and Timestamp', you configure the properties using fields in the X-Y-Z Plot Properties window. For information on displaying the X-Y-Z Plot Properties window, see Change the Appearance of an X-Y-Z Plot.

(When the Drawing Mode is set to 'Connect by Point', the fields below are 'grayed out' and unavailable for use in the X-Y-Z Plot Properties window.)
