Assign a User Roster to a Redirection Action
In order to redirect alarms on a User Roster basis, you need to assign that User Roster to an E-Mail, Pager, or Method Action (User) redirection action. See, as applicable:
- Configure a Redirection Action
- Define the E-Mail Action Details
- Define the Pager Action Details
- Define the Method Action (User) Details.
You then need to:
- Assign that Redirection Action to the database item(s) or group(s) for which you want to redirect alarms (see Configure Alarm Redirections for an Item or Group).
- Specify the Duty User from a list of Users or User Groups on the User Roster.
