The Area of Interest column is only displayed if the Area of Interest feature is enabled on your system (see Restrict Alarm and Event Access to Specific Areas of Interest).

If you are working with multiple databases on a ViewX client you should ensure that the Area of Interest feature is configured the same way for all systems.

The System column is only displayed on a ViewX client that is configured to access Multiple Databases.

You can use the Alarm Columns window to adjust the columns that are displayed on an Alarms List or the Alarm Banner (see Use the Alarm Columns Window to Change the Alarms List or Alarm Banner Columns). You can use the window to:

If the Allow Column Resizing check box is selected on the Alarms and Events tab of the Options window (see Specify the Preferred Alarm Banner and Alarms List Options on a ViewX Client), you can also:

Users with the required permission can add additional columns to the Alarms Lists and Alarm Banner, if required (see Configure Additional Alarm Columns).

The Alarm Banner is hidden by default on a Virtual ViewX client (providing that your User Account enables you to hide the Alarm Banner (see Define which Alarm Banner and Alarms List Features are Available to a User in ViewX and Virtual ViewX)). This is by design, to provide more display space for viewing other Geo SCADA Expert displays, such as Mimics, Trends, and Queries Lists. (You can display the Alarm Banner by selecting the Alarm Banner command from the ViewX ribbon.)
