Configuring Counter Points

The Sofrel driver supports Sofrel Counter points.

Configure the properties for each counter point using the fields on the Sofrel Counter Point Form.

This section covers configuration of properties on the Counter Point tab of each Form of the Sofrel Counter Input Point Form. For information on the fields on other tabs, see Tabs on Point Forms.

For the Counter point, use the Counter Point tab to:

• Configure Counter Point Properties.
• Counter-Type Points with Different Limits
• Define the Point Scaling.
• Define the Point Formatting (see Define the Appearance of an Analog Point’s Values).
• Specify the Override Properties (see Define whether an Analog Point can be Overridden).
• Configure the No Change Properties
• Specify the Trend Properties (see Define an Analog Point’s Trend Settings).
• Define the Historic Data settings (see Specify the Type of Point Data that Geo SCADA Expert is to Store Historically).
