Check the Status of a Third Party ODBC Client - System Connection

Typically, you would use the Third Party ODBC client application to monitor the status of its connection to ClearSCADA. Many ODBC applications include connection status tools (for more information, please refer to the documentation supplied with your ODBC product).

However, you can also use the Server Status Tool to view the status of the Third Party ODBC client - system connection (see Run the Server Status Tool in the ClearSCADA Guide to the Server Status Tool). When using the Server Status Tool, you should examine the Server>Links status settings, which show the status of all connections (not just ODBC client connections).
