Select this pick action to:
- Reset any non-overridden fields and aggregates back to their Group Template values. (An aggregate is an extension to the basic set of configuration features—for example, the ‘Historic’ aggregate supported by many types of point.)
- Create Instances of any database items that currently exist in the Group Template, but not in the Group Instance.
A confirmation window is displayed when the Repair Instance pick action is selected, allowing you to confirm or abort the request.
When an Instance is repaired, any items that have been added directly to the Group Instance are retained, and any Abstract Items that have been converted to ‘real’ items retain their conversion.
If using this pick action with the Automation Interface, you need to specify the method name Repair.
