Associated with: DNP3 Status Points
This attribute is prefixed with the text that is entered in the relevant Description field on the DNP3 Status Points Form (see Specify the Status Points for which Data is Retrieved). The text indicates the individual Status Point to which the information relates.
The attribute indicates the location of the individual Status Point. Information is displayed in this format:
<DNP3 Group> : Point Number <Point Number>
Example:
Group 30 Analog Input : Point Number 50000
Use the attribute in conjunction with the DNP3 Status Points database item’s unprefixed Source attribute, which indicates the outstation and DNP3 master with which the item is associated.
