User-Specific Attributes (ID:211)

Associated with: DNP3 master outstations

This attribute is displayed if the outstation supports vendor-specific Device Attributes, in addition to common DNP3 Device Attributes. Each block of Device Attributes is stored at a separate index location at the outstation.

Within the outstation’s Status display, each set of Device Attributes is shown as a separate block in index order, each identified and headed by its corresponding Device Attributes attribute.

Use the User-Specific Attributes status attribute to ascertain how many block(s) of vendor-specific Device Attributes exist at the outstation. The attribute displays the information in this format:

<Namespace>,<Index Number>

Where more than one block of vendor-specific Device Attributes is supported, entries are separated by a semi-colon.
