The Off Scan status is indicated by an orange-brown foreground color by default.
The color indicates that the item is currently Off Scan.
The ability to place points and outstations ‘Off Scan’ is disabled on most systems by default. (Its permission is typically denied on a per server basis.) If enabled on your system, users with the relevant permissions can use the Off Scan and On Scan pick actions to place an outstation and/or its dependants (such as points and pulse actions) ‘Off Scan’ or back ‘On Scan’.
