Dial In Overactive

Associated with: PSTN outstations or outstations on which PSTN fallback is enabled

This status attribute is only displayed for outstations on which the Dial In Overactive feature is supported and enabled (see Define Dial In Overactive Properties on a PSTN Outstation in the Geo SCADA Expert Guide to Advanced Drivers).

The attribute lists the number of incoming calls that the Geo SCADA Expert server has received from this outstation since the start of the dial-in period. The attribute also indicates how many incoming calls the outstation can instigate in total before it is deemed to be dialing in too often.

The statistics reset automatically at the end of the dial-in period. (The period is specified on the PSTN tab of the Outstation Form).

Example:

3 incoming call(s) since 27/Nov/2007 00:00:00.000 (maximum 10 calls)
(Indicating that an outstation has completed 3 incoming calls to the server during the current dial-in period. The outstation can make a maximum of 10 calls per dial-in period before it is deemed to be dialing in too often.)
