Conditions.bool-factor
A single boolean factor preceeded with an optional NOT

Remarks
A bool-factor is an expression the result of which is True, False, or Unknown. A bool-factor can be any one of:
- A nested boolean expression enclosed in parentheses. Refer to bool-condition for more details.
- A comparison between two expressions. Refer to bool-primary-comparison for more details.
- A BETWEEN condition. Refer to bool-primary-between for more details.
- An IN condition. Refer to bool-primary-in for more details.
- A LIKE condition. Refer to bool-primary-like for more details.
- A LIKE_REGEX condition. Refer to bool-primary-like-regex for more details.
- An IS NULL condition. Refer to bool-primary-isnull for more details.
