For TCP communications, Geo SCADA Expert:

Uses channel(s) that have an ISO over TCP/IP Connection Type (see Configure the Connection Properties).
Communicates use the following Simatic Industrial Ethernet modules:

CP243 for the Simatic S7-200 series of PLCs
CP343 for the Simatic S7-300 series of PLCs
CP443 for the Simatic S7-400 series of PLCs.
