Use the Retrieve Alerts pick action to retrieve alerts from the TBox RTU. Geo SCADA Expert processes the alerts as events and optionally as text alarms, depending whether the TBox Alerts Trigger Alarms feature in enabled on the TBox Outstation Form. For more information, see Alarms on TBox, and see Define the TBox Properties.
Select the pick action to display the Retrieve Alerts window.
Use the TBox Alert retrieval type combo box to specify the data to be retrieved:
- Retrieve entire history: Retrieves the list of alerts starting from the beginning of the data stored in the outstation. This can take several minutes.
- Retrieve recent data: Retrieves the list of alerts starting just after the data that was last retrieved.
