Use this method to update a row in a DNP Route, IP Route, BOOTP table, or 32-bit Point Modbus Map that exists in the Geo SCADA Expert database.

This method is the equivalent of updating the row properties within ViewX (see Configuring DNP3 SCADAPack Tables, or see Configuring DNP3 SCADAPack 32-bit Point Modbus Maps, as applicable).
