Previous Update Status
Associated with: Points
This status attribute displays information about a point’s status at the time that it was Previously Updated in ClearSCADA (as opposed to its Current Status).
Possible Status values might include:
- Overridden at Master Station—Displayed if the point’s value was overridden at the server (master station) at the time that the value was recorded. A point is overridden using the Override pick action. This status indicates that the point value processed by ClearSCADA was a fixed value, rather than a ‘live’ value retrieved from the point’s source.
(This Status value does not apply to any Put Aside Status, Logged Status, End of Period Status, or Previous End of Period Status attributes.)
- Invalid Time—Only applies to points on Advanced Drivers. ClearSCADA has discarded some data, due to that data having an invalid time stamp. (A time stamp that was outside of the permitted Time Window (see Define the Point Data Time Window in the ClearSCADA Guide to Server Administration)). ClearSCADA deemed such data to be suspect and did not use that data to update the point.
An invalid time stamp might indicate a faulty or incorrect outstation clock.
- Data in the Future—Only applies to points on Advanced Drivers. The time stamp associated with the recorded point value was ahead of the server time by more than the Maximum allowed clock drift (see Define the Maximum Outstation Clock Drift in the ClearSCADA Guide to Server Administration).
ClearSCADA still used the data to update the point but marked the data as having a Future Data time stamp. Data with such a time stamp might indicate a faulty or incorrect outstation clock.
