Diagnose Client Performance Problems
If a client interface cannot connect to a ClearSCADA server, or all client displays have slow performance or stall, your system may be experiencing:
- High load on the server
- High load on the client
- Abnormal network conditions, such as failed connections or an unsuitable network structure.
To investigate the cause of your impaired client performance, you need to:
- Check for High Load on a ClearSCADA Server.
If there is a high load on a ClearSCADA server, you need to: Diagnose and Resolve the Server Load Problems.
If there is not a high load on the server, you need to: Attempt to Resolve Client Load and / or Network Problems.
