Enable Subscription

Security permission required to access this pick action: Disable Points
Use this pick action to place an OPC UA Subscription database item In Service. Triggering the action changes the Subscription's configuration so that its In Service property is enabled and the Subscription becomes active.
The Enable Subscription pick action is only available for an OPC UA Subscription:
- That is not In Service
- For which your User Account is allocated the Disable Points security permission.
NOTICE
unexpected impact on system performance
It is possible that excessive incoming data from an OPC UA server could adversely affect system performance. If performance is an issue, check:
- The Filter settings on the relevant OPC UA Point Forms (see Configure the Filter Settings)
- The Publishing Interval on the OPC UA Subscription Forms (see Configure the Server and Publishing Properties).
Failure to follow these instructions can impact adversely on system performance.
