ViewX Explorer Windows Keyboard Shortcuts
You can use the following keyboard shortcuts to display various explorer windows within ViewX:
Areas of Interest Explorer, this is typically used by higher-level users when restricting alarm and event access to specific areas of a Geo SCADA Expert system, see Areas of Interest Bar.
Alarm Banner window, the Alarm Banner is displayed at the bottom of the ViewX by default, see Alarm Banner.
Database Explorer, this provides access to the database items to which the ViewX client and your user account have access, see Database Bar.
Favorites Explorer, this feature allows you to create and store links to those displays that you frequently use in your work, see Favorites Bar.
OPC Historic Explorer, this provides access to the OPC historic data in the database and uses a hierarchical ‘tree’ structure, see OPC Historic Data Bar.
Messages window, this provides feedback and diagnostic information about tasks that are running in the current local ViewX client, see Messages Window.
Operator Documents Explorer, this provides quick access to any of the operator document stores to which you have access, see Operator Documents Bar.
Queries Explorer, this provides access to Queries Lists such as the Points List (see Lists) and uses a hierarchical ‘tree’ structure (see Working with Explorer Bars), see Queries Bar.
Display References window, this provides a list of database items with all incoming and outgoing references from other database items, see Displaying a Database Item's References.
Search Database window, this provides access to the database items to which the ViewX client and your user account have access, see Database Bar.
OPC Explorer, this allow you to browse the various OPC properties in the database, see OPC Data Bar.
