Rename an Item using the Rename Action

To rename a database item using the Rename action:

1. Display the Database Bar (see Display an Explorer Bar).
2. Right-click on the database item in the Database Bar.
   A context sensitive menu is displayed.
3. Select the Rename command from the relevant command group.
   The name of the database item is selected.
4. Enter a new name to overwrite the existing name, or make amendments to the existing name. Remember to take into account any Naming Restrictions.
5. Select another part of the ViewX display or press the Enter key to confirm the new name.
