Perform this procedure after you Set the SCADAPack 50 Device Clock and Configure the Device Global Parameters.
Kervisu refers to a point as a channel.

Follow this procedure to configure a SCADAPack 50 device point:
- In the Kervisu Menu Bar, select the V1 channel option.
The V1 Channel screen is displayed.
- Set the following properties (leave the other properties at their default settings):
- Var Type—This is the point type (for example, Counter, Digital Input or Modbus Sensor). Select Digital Input from the combo box.
- Slope—(optional). Enter
1. This is the multiplier that you want the device to apply to a raw logged value, to scale it before it sends the value to Geo SCADA Expert. - Shift—(optional). Enter
1. This is a constant value that the device adds to a logged raw value before it sends the value to Geo SCADA Expert. In this situation, you are creating a value for the point even though the device is not logging any data.
