Enable or Disable X.29/TC Comms Functionality

Select the Enabled check box on the X.29/TC Comms tab if the SCADAPack E outstation is to route data between an X.29 Packet Assembler/Disassembler (PAD) and remote packet-mode device(s) and/or other PAD(s).

When the Enabled check box is selected, other fields on the X.29/TC Comms tab become available for use.

Use the fields to:

• Configure the Telemetry Computer Properties
• Configure the X.29 Parameters.

Ensure that the Enabled check box is clear if the outstation is not being used to communicate using the X.29 communication driver interface.
