Actions Associated with Points
The actions supported by Pulse Actions are listed separately (see Actions Associated with Pulse Actions).
Points support a combination of these actions:

- Execute—(Calculation points only)
- Initialize—(Counter-type points that support this feature)

- Release Exclusive Control—(Systems on which Exclusive Control is enabled)
- Release Override
- Remove Alarms
- Remove with Comment
- Reset Process Count
- Take Complete Exclusive Control—(Systems on which Exclusive Control is enabled)
- Take Partial Exclusive Control—(Systems on which Exclusive Control is enabled)
- Tune Alarm Limits—(Analog and Counter-type points that support this feature)
- Tune M/S Alarm Limits—(Analog points that use Master Station Alarm Limits)
- Unacknowledge Alarms
- Unacknowledge with Comment.
With points on which Historic is enabled, further options are available from the Historic aggregate in the Edit Action, Edit Method, and Pick Action Configuration windows. These options—Annotate, Insert Value, Load Data File, Load Data Value, Load Data Values, Modify Value, Optimize Data, and Processed Value—are methods, not pick actions, and are purely for use with the Automation Interface.
